Learners are admitted through consideration of satisfactory scholastic performance at their current school or on the successful completion of a based line test and on the recommendation of the head of their current school

The main requirements for entry are:

1. Evidence that the learner is able to perform on their grade level and keep up with the rigorous academic programme at Pro-Ed Private School

2. Evidence that the learner will enrich the atmosphere at the school both in the class and on the playground

3. Evidence that the ethos of mutual respect for all human dignity will be maintained by the presence of the learner.
